- Check-in: 14:00 – 17:00
- Check-out: by 11:00
Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive outside these hours.

🏡 About Your Stay
ご宿泊について
- This is a private house rental — you can use the entire building during your stay. (after the first-floor restaurant has closed)
本施設は「１棟貸し」です。滞在中は建物全体を自由にご利用いただけます。（１階飲食店閉店後） - No slippers are provided. Please enter with clean indoor shoes or socks.
スリッパのご用意はありません。靴下または室内用の履物でお過ごしください。 - The 1st-floor dining area (restaurant space) is available for guest use after the restaurant closes.
１階の飲食店スペースは、閉店後に宿泊者専用スペースとしてご利用いただけます。 - Eating or drinking on the futon is not allowed.
布団の上での飲食は禁止です。 - Please keep the space clean and tidy for the next guests.
次の方が気持ちよく使えるよう、清掃・整理にご協力ください。
🚗 Parking Rules
駐車場のご利用について
Only one parking space is available and advanced reservation is required.
駐車場は１台分のみのため、完全予約制です。
Usage: From 14:00 (check-in) until 11:00 (check-out).
利用時間は 14:00（チェックイン）から 11:00（チェックアウト）まで です。
Parking extensions after check-out are strictly prohibited to accommodate the next guest.
次のお客様の予約があるため、チェックアウト後の延長駐車は固くお断りいたします。
Please move your vehicle to a nearby parking lot if you wish to stay longer.
お時間を過ぎる場合は、速やかに近隣の駐車場へお車の移動をお願いします。
We are not responsible for any accidents or theft in the parking area.
駐車場内での事故、盗難等については一切の責任を負いかねます。

If our parking spot is full or if you wish to stay longer after check-out, please use the following parking lots.
当宿の駐車場が満車の場合や、チェックアウト後も周辺観光をされる場合は、以下の駐車場をご利用ください。
1. Time Park Shimoyoshida Ekimae No. 1 タイムパーク下吉田駅前第1
- Distance: 1-minute walk （徒歩1分）
- Note: Coin-operated parking lot. （コインパーキング）
2. Arakurayama Sengen Park Parking Lot No. 3 新倉山浅間公園第3駐車場
- Distance: 1-minute walk （徒歩1分）
- Note: Public parking lot. （公営駐車場）
Please check the onsite signage for current fees and availability.

🚫 Kitchen & Cooking
キッチンの使用について
- The kitchen is not available for guest use.
キッチンはご利用いただけません。 - Light meals or take-out food may be enjoyed in the dining area after hours.
軽食やテイクアウトは、閉店後のダイニングスペースでお召し上がりいただけます。 - Please do not use personal cooking appliances (such as portable stoves or hot plates).
ポータブルコンロ・ホットプレートなどの調理器具の持ち込み・使用は禁止です。

- Quiet hours: 22:00 – 7:00
お静かタイムは22:00〜7:00です。 - Please be considerate of neighbors and other guests.
近隣や他のお客様へのご配慮をお願いします。 - Loud music, parties, or gatherings are not allowed.
大きな音楽・パーティー・集会などはお控えください。
🚭 Smoking & Fire Safety
禁煙・火気の使用について
- No smoking inside the building.
館内は全館禁煙です。 - Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area.
喫煙は屋外の指定場所のみでお願いします。 - Use of candles, incense, or open flames is strictly prohibited.
ロウソク・お香・火気の使用は固く禁止しています。
♻️ Garbage & Cleanliness
ごみ分別・清掃について
- Please separate waste into burnable, plastic, and bottles/cans.
ごみは「燃えるごみ」「プラ」「びん・かん」に分別をお願いします。 - Follow the Fujiyoshida City waste rules (signs are posted in each area).
富士吉田市の分別ルール（館内掲示あり）にご協力ください。 - Please leave the house in a clean condition at check-out.
チェックアウト時は清掃・片付けをお願いします。
🔐 Safety & Security
安全・防犯について
- Please lock doors and windows when leaving or sleeping.
外出・就寝時は必ず施錠をお願いします。 - We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
貴重品の管理はご自身でお願いいたします。 - In case of emergency (fire, earthquake, etc.), follow the posted evacuation instructions.
火災・地震などの際は、館内掲示の避難案内に従ってください。

- Bringing pets (except service animals)

We encourage you to explore the charm of Shimoyoshida — the Chureito Pagoda, Mt. Fuji views, and local cafés are just a short walk away.
